About Us
We have a long history in St. Tammany Parish as our club was the first Republican Womens Club, established in the Parish in 1963, and officially became part of the Louisiana Federation of Republican Women in 1966.
We are a small club in terms of numbers but we accomplish a great deal for the community. Membership does not mean that one is expected to commit major time but we are involved in supporting Republican candidates, keeping members informed as to what is occurring on the political scene, as well as contributing to the welfare and education of the children and citizens of Lacombe and this area.
Our Club meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month, not in June and July, at 1:00, (except on the third Tuesday in October and November) at the VFW Davis Moran Post 8290, 28000 Main St., Lacombe, LA, 70445.
