We have planned a fun and informative weekend for you at the Spring Member Conference and Board meeting on May 31-June 1, 2024 . The Opening Reception on Friday, May 31, 5:30 – 7 pm, will be at the Embassy Suites Hotel and sponsored by The Honorable Nancy Landry, SOS.

Your LFRW Fundraising Committee Chair & Co-Chair have planned an exciting Social with the Leading and First Ladies of Louisiana from 3:30 – 5:30 Saturday afternoon at the Louisiana State Archives, 3851 Essen Lane. It is a First Come First Served basis as the venue only holds 100. You must be a Magnolia Club member to attend. The Magnolia Club application is attached.

The deadline to register and pay is by 5:00 pm May 24, 2024.

We will have two sessions Saturday morning with Hal Hutchinson, who works with John Walsh as a “Team Adam” consultant, and “Growing your Club Membership”, Charlotte Lyles, Membership Chairwoman.

Please look for a separate email with information on making changes to the LFRW Bylaws Endorsement policy. We will be discussing it at the Board meeting on Saturday afternoon.

We will also elect a Nominating Committee that will select the Slate of Officers for the Biennial Convention on October 11-13, 2024.
