About Us
Women Making a Difference
We are a group of interested, active Republican women who want to be informed and involved in the political process. While our focus is largely political, as part of our community service, our Club provides an annual scholarship to encourage young women in politics and actively supports law enforcement and our military. We pride ourselves on attracting great speakers as well as engaging the community in the current political issues.

The idea of a Club separate from our sister city, Shreveport, was conceived in 2000 when Lucille Williams, then Northwest Regional Vice President of the LFRW realized the advantage of a separate Club for Bossier Parish, one of the fastest growing areas of Louisiana. The Club was chartered in 2001.

Our club meets on the 4th Tuesday of the month excluding the month of May. We always meet at the Silver Star Smokehouse. The meet and greet is at 5:30 and the meeting begins at 6:00.
