The 2025 LFRW Fall Board Meeting and Membership Conference will be held April 4 – 5, 2025, at the Baton Rouge Marriott, 5500 Hilton Avenue, Baton Rouge LA 70808. Livingston Parish Republican Women, Ascension Parish Republican Women, and Republican Women of St. George will host the meeting with LFRW Region 6 V-P Freddye Smith serving as Meeting Chairman.

The hotel group rate is $140 per night Double and King, non-smoking rooms. Breakfast is not included and there is free self-parking. Deadline for reservations under the group rate is by Thursday, March 20, 2025. Note that the check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am. The hotel’s cancellation policy is 24 hours in advance.

Call the hotel directly at 225-924-5000 and ask for our group name: Louisiana Federation of Republican Women. (Please use this name when calling, not “LFRW”, as they will not recognize it.)

The goal of this meeting is to educate our members about LFRW. We will have speakers and presentations to inform, involve, and inspire you to become more active part of the LFRW. Additionally, we will be electing Delegates for the NFRW Biennial Convention to be held Septemeber 25-28, 2025 in Orlando, Florida!

We will have an opening reception Friday night sponsored by Senator Bill Cassidy.
