LEADERSHIP MANUAL COMMITTEE
The Chair of this Committee is working to restore a publication that the LFRW used in the past - LFRW’S Leadership Manual to be given to every club in the federation. The Manual will offer the necessary resources for leadership training and for the planning of statewide conventions.
1. Blue Manual sent out to Club Presidents 3/31/2015 See in Member Center Leadership Manual.2. Blue Manual sent by email to all LFRW Region Vice Presidents (Region 1-7) in 2019 by LFRW Webmaster Carita Wilson.(Also minor revisions in 2017 by President Gena Gore.)
After reviewing the NFRW Leadership Manual and the old LFRW Leadership Manual, the Chair of this Committee will work with the Presidents and other officers on the Executive Committee to produce an up-to-date leadership publication. The Chair will also prepare the Manual for publication and will distribute the completed publication at an LFRW Board Meeting. The Manual will also have the capability of being downloaded on the new LFRW website.
3. The Manual will be stored electronically for later revisions. The Manual is on a USB in LFRW Recording Secretary Files .(2019).
May 4, 2013 Spring Board Meeting:
The Blue Manual (as it was previously called) is going to be revised and or added to and will be done by December 2013; as requested by President June Williams.
April 25, 2014 Jeannemarie Pierson delivered the disc for the Blue Manual to President June Williams at the LFRW Spring Board Meeting in Baton Rouge, La. The disc will be available to be download and the forms printed after a correction on the Awards Packet which was changed by NFRW.

A meeting of the voting officials of the organization to conduct business. |
CALL |
The official notice of a meeting to the officers of an organization. |
CAP ALERT |
Comprehensive Advocacy Program – a telephone/fax/e-mail tree designed to promote action on legislation and/or issues. |
CHANGE LOUISIANA! |
A voter switch program developed by the LFRW, in partnership with the Republican Party of Louisiana. |

A permanent committee formed to address a specific ongoing function or task in an organization. LFRW Standing Committee chairmen have voting privileges. |
